Sadly it’s all too common for buyers and tenants to be shown a property by someone who’s clearly never visited and knows nothing about it – something which is frustrating for everyone!
However at Phillip Mann, all our negotiators in your local office will endeavour to visit your property before marketing begins so they can talk knowledgeably about it. What’s more, we don’t use ill-informed ‘Saturday-staff’ – with us potential buyers only ever get the attention of our full-time staff.
You’ll also have a regular point of contact to speak to, but our state-of-the-art computer system means that speaking to anyone at the office should give you the answers you need.
If you do have to leave a message for your point of contact, we’ll make sure to call you back promptly.
We’ll make sure we pass on to you any feedback from viewings as quickly as we can.
We’ll aim to call you frequently to update you on progress. And should your property be without an offer in four weeks, we’ll be pleased to pop round again to discuss how best to proceed.
