Property investors outperform Rich List

The growth in wealth of property investors outperformed the average entrant in The Sunday Times Rich List 2016.

Brothers and property tycoons David and Simon Reuben headed up the list of the UK’s wealthiest people after seeing their net worth rise by 35% to £13.1bn.

Of the 1000 people on this year’s List with property among their investment, 61% saw their wealth increase, with just 12%% of property investors seeing their wealth fall during the year.

Phillip Mann, director of Phillip Mann Estate Agents, said that “once again we see those investing in property seeing a steady increase in their wealth compared to other forms of asset – whether that is as a property to occupy, or a property to rent out”.

“Set in a department store, Crystal’s is a new musical comedy written by our own Judith Foot and features popular songs.

When its elderly owner dies and leaves the store to Crystal King, she has no idea who he is or why she has inherited it. The unpopular manager, expecting to inherit it himself, is naturally outraged and sets out to discredit Crystal.

The staff are naturally suspicious, if not a little hostile towards Crystal, except for the French assistant manager, with a poor and often hilarious grasp of the English language, who falls in love with her.

Crystal is enchanted by the old fashioned store but realising it cannot continue to survive on its small clientele, sets a string of events in motion which culminates in a dazzling fashion show and a final showdown”.

There is also a Matinee performance on the 14th May at 2.30pm.

Ticket price from £10.00 and can be booked online with no booking fee or by phone, email or from the Information Office at the Meridian Centre (9.30 to 16.00)

That straightforward, iconic phrase quickly came to define one of the most publicised trials of the 20th century.
