Most people reading this fall into one of three categories. Either, 1) you are looking to buy, in which case you are probably using the internet as your main way of accessing properties for sale, or 2) you are thinking of selling and are researching which agent you might consider approaching, or 3) you are not currently thinking of moving, but have an active interest in property issues and the local market.
If you fall into the first category, ie buying, then the properties on this site represent a selection of those available on our books. They can also be found on several of the UK’s most effective property portals, such as Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation or Fish4Homes, on which all of our properties feature.
But if you are thinking of selling, or may do so in the future, you are probably more interested in meaningful and relevant property-related advice, information and tips, rather than the fact that we have loads of properties for sale. You’ll want to know what the selling experience would be like using a refreshingly different approach, and working closely with up-beat, forward-thinking professional property marketing consultants who love their work and deliver results.
So from next week, we’ll be running a series of well-considered property articles that draw on our many years experience in estate/letting agency, combined with the very latest ideas to help you maximize your sale/letting prospects. This will cover a wide variety of moving/improving topics which we hope will not only provide you with straight-talking reliable advice, but which, over time, will also give you a good understanding of how we approach not only property, but also the relationship we enjoy with our staff and, of course, our valued clients.
