Newhaven is a thriving fishing and industrial town with a very large range of properties ranging from Victorian terraces to modern waterfront apartments overlooking the Marina.

Newhaven is situated in an excellent location on the East Sussex coast with a cross channel ferry service to Dieppe, and good road and rail links to major towns and cities, London being some 50 miles (90 mins) away and within easy reach of Gatwick Airport.

On the outskirts of the town there are also a large variety of properties within easy reach of all the local facilities and transport and several well appointed schools.
